“I’m writing to thank you for the personalized training you conducted for me yesterday. As you know, I had served as the Executive Director of United Way (UWGS) for 13 years and am now headed to serve as CEO of United Way of South Mississippi (UWSM) which is trying to resurrect themselves after Katrina. I found you to be extremely prepared, professional, and used a teaching technique that was very effective in using the tools. I consider your session one of the best and well run computer training I have experienced to date and I only wish I had started earlier with your training.”
